Shipping Terms and Conditions for Orders Over $30
Frontline Flags offers free economy shipping on orders of $30 or more. The following are the prerequisites for your order to qualify:
- Free shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states. Orders shipping to APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory do not qualify for free shipping and may exceed normal delivery times.
- The typical delivery time is 3 to 10 business days. Expedited shipping is available, however; additional charges will apply. These shipping times do not apply to orders shipping to APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory.
- Free Economy Shipping does not apply to commercial flagpoles, customized products, residential in-ground flag poles, telescoping flagpoles, galvanized ground sleeves or orders that must be shipped by freight due to quantity/size of items
- Wholesale Purchase orders are not eligible for free shipping
- We reserve the right to deny free shipping for any reason
- Frontline Flags will choose the shipping company based on the most economical method available at the time
- If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order will be delayed. You will have the right to cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel the order as well.
- Purchases eligible for free economy shipping will usually ship within 2 business days if the order is placed before 2 p.m. PST. The deadline for expedited shipping of in-stock items is 2 p.m. PST.
- Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of your order and the method of delivery.
- Oversize Items: Certain items ship by truck out of different locations based on availability, size and weight. In these cases, will will give you an approximate freight cost based on the dimensions of the shipment.
Service Interruptions
Front Line Flags, its affiliates, and/or its service providers (USPS/UPS/FEDEX etc…) shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control. Including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal by the recipient; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment.
Transit Time
Shipments are made by UPS, FedEx, or US mail from our warehouses around the country. Estimated Shipping days are business days from when we ship your order, and do not include weekend or holidays. Please add 1-2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package, and ship it.
We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock or if it is something we normally don't stock. Delivery will not be made on a weekend unless special Saturday delivery is arranged. This service is available at an extra cost to certain areas specified by our carriers. Return Policy
We stand behind our products and make your satisfaction a priority. If a product is defective, we will gladly replace the defective product or issue a refund at our discretion. Please email us at support@frontlinflags.com for an RMA number. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase.
NOTE: Replacements are subject to availability.
Return Stipulations
If the item is not defective, the returned item must be in new condition. Items that have been used and are not deemed to be defective will not be reimbursed. A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all non-defective returns. Special order and customized products may not be returned.
